1. Academic Staff Employment and Finance
Academic staff can be employed with the Law of Higher Education art. 13/b from within the University and with Council of Higher Education art. 40/a or b from outside of the University. Payments will be made per course.

2. Administrative Staff Employment and Finance
Administrative staff can be employed with a service contract and salary can be paid.

3. Project Finance
Projects will be submitted to the European Union, the Council of Europe, foreign or local foundations or non-governmental organizations that are not involved in any negative publicity and resources will be provided by this means. 

4. Paid Programs
A substantial income will be generated from paid programs, including the expertise described above.

5. Contribution of İKÜ
If the activities to be carried out for the public interest cannot be financed otherwise, they will be covered from the University budget. Activities for the benefit of the University are also considered to be of public interest.
